| 摘 要： | 目的比较磁珠耳穴贴压治疗与服用西药治疗偏头痛的疗效差异。方法将偏头痛患者200例随机分为磁珠耳穴贴压组（观察组）和西药组（对照组）,比较其对头部疼痛改善情况。结果观察组总有效率94.6%,明显优于对照组的78.6%（P〈0.01）。结论磁珠耳穴贴压治疗偏头痛疗效肯定,总有效率优于西药治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the efficacy of auricular point magnetic bead plaster therapy with Western drug treatment for migraine. Methods Two hundred migraine patients were randomly allocated to an auricular point magnetic bead plaster therapy group (observation group) and a Western drug group (control group). Their relieving effects on headache were compared. Results The total efficacy rate was 94.6% in the observation group and significantly higher than 78.6% in the control group (P<0.05).
