固体超强酸SO42-/ZrO2-SnO2的制备及其应用

摘    要:采用共沉淀法制备出SO4/ZrO2-SnO2固体超强酸.以乙酸异戊酯合成为探针反应,得出SO4/ZrO2-SnO2的最佳制备条件为H2SO4浸渍液浓度1.0mol/L,浸渍时间为24h,焙烧温度为500℃,活化时间2h.并通过Hammett方法和红外光谱对其进行表征.

Abstract:The preparation process of solid superacid SO4 /ZrO2-SnO2 was studied on coprecipitation method.The results indicated that the optimum preparation conditions of SO4 /ZrO2-SnO2 should be the concentration of H2SO4 1.0 mol/L,impregnation time 24 h,baking temperature 500℃ and baking time 2h.Furthermore,its structure was characterized by IR spectroscopy and Hammett,catalytic activity was studied by the esterifieation reaction of isoamyl acetate
