摘    要:为提高液压凿岩机效率以及延长其使用寿命,利用最优凿岩角理论,完成了基于冲击频率控制回转角度的液压凿岩机控制系统。根据最优凿岩角理论,在破岩时特定性质的岩石有确定的最优凿岩回转角度与之对应,此时钻具破岩效率最高,即不同冲击频率可对应凿岩机不同回转速度。基于LabVIEW平台开发的冲击频率提取功能可实时提取液压凿岩机冲击信号,并加以处理得到实时冲击频率,依据最优回转角理论计算凿岩机最优转速,并将数据传输至控制器,通过控制器程序实现对液压凿岩机回转速度调节的目的。通过试验验证,本控制系统可以有效实现基于冲击频率对液压凿岩机回转速度的精确控制,从而实现对液压凿岩机最优转角的实时控制。

Abstract:In order to improve the hydraulic rock drill drilling efficiency and prolong its service life,the theory of optimal drilling angle is adopted to complete the hydraulic rock drill control system for the turning angle control by impact frequency.According to the theory of optimal drilling angle,rocks with specific properties correspond to the determined optimal drilling and rotary angle,and the rock fragmentation efficiency of the drill is highest,that is,the different impact frequency corresponds to the different drill rotary speed.Based on LabVIEW platform,the hydraulic rock drill impact signal can be extracted in real time by impact frequency extraction function,and get real-time impact frequency by processing.The optimal rotary speed of the drill calculated by the theory of optimal rotation angle is transmitted to the controller,and the hydraulic rock drill rotating speed adjustment can be realized by controller program.Through the tests,this control system could achieve precise control of the hydraulic rock drill rotary speed effectively based on impact frequency,and realize the real-time control of the optimal rotary angle of hydraulic rock drill.
