超细尾矿处理方法及开发利用探讨

摘    要:超细尾矿是微细粒嵌布矿石分选过程中产出的固体废弃物,相对常规尾矿,超细尾矿具有更细的粒度和更高的比表面积,因而更容易导致环境污染和尾矿库的安全问题。对超细尾矿在地表堆存、采空区回填和综合开发利用方面的技术研究和应用现状进行了综述,探讨了超细尾矿在各种处理途径和应用方向中的优势和限制因素,并对超细尾矿在尾矿干堆、胶结回填和建筑材料应用等方面的发展趋势进行了分析。

Abstract:Ultra-fine tailings are solid wastes generated in ore beneficiation processes of fine silt-size mineral particles,in comparison with conventional tailings,ultra-fine tailings will be much easier to cause problems on environmental contamination and tailing pond safety for the finer grain size and higher specific surface area. In this paper,a review of research on the surface disposal,tailings backfill and utilization of ultra-fine tailings was presented, meanwhile, the superiority and limitation in the process were discussed. This paper also proposed the discussion on development trend of ultra-fine tailings dry disposal,cemen-ted paste backfill and utilization on building materials.
