军事医学的政策制度建设

On policy construction of military medicine

This paper is intended to apply the theories on the military medical system to the establishment and improvement of the military medical policy system.The authors suggest that the construction of the military medical policy system is essential to the scientific development of military medicine;the combat readiness construction of the military medical system is needed to serve the purpose and functions of the military medical system;the cultural system development of military medicine underlies its ideological and spiritual construction;the innovation system construction of military medicine can meet the need of management which aims to promote the innovation and development of military medicine;the regulations and law system construction of military medicine is a legal support for its comprehensive,sustainable and coordinated development.
