| 摘 要： | 本文应用胃泌素、血清素、生长抑素单克隆抗体对64例胃癌组织中的肿瘤内分泌细胞及多种多肽激素产物进行了组化染色。结果显示:21.88%(14/64)胃癌中含有内分泌细胞;其激素产物有血清素7例,生长抑素4例,胃泌素6例。其中含两种以上激素者2例。又对胃癌中内分泌细胞的临床病理学意义进行了探讨,发现胃癌中内分泌细胞的出现与分化程度有密切关系。认为胃癌中的不同类型癌细胞(内分泌型和非内分泌型)均起源于肿瘤多能于细胞,分化愈低者,愈倾向于多向分化。

| Abstract: | Neoplastic endocrine cells in 64 gastric carcinoma with multiple production of polypep- tide hormones were examined lay immunohistochemistry with gastrin,serotonin,and soma-tastatin.The results showed that 21.88%(14/64)of gastric carcinoma contained neoplastic endocrine cells.Sero- tonin was found in 7 cases,Somatastatin was found in 4 cases,and gastrin was found in 6 cases.Two cases exhibited more than two hormones.Clinical pathological significance of neoplastic endocrine cells in gastric carcinoma were investigated.The correlation was recognized between the endocrine cells and differentiation.Our findings suggest that the different kinds of gastric carcinoma cells(endocrine and nonendocrine)origiate from multipotential differentiation of neoplastic stem cells in stomach.The more poorly carcinomas differentiate,The more frequently their multidirectional differentiation occurs. |
