潘托拉唑三联短程抗幽门螺杆菌疗效观察

目的观察潘托拉唑，克拉霉素和阿莫西林三联一周疗法抗幽门螺杆茵（Hp）的疗效。方法对Hp阳性的420例消化性溃疡、糜烂性胃炎病人应用潘托拉唑三联短程治疗。结果在一周内症状逐渐缓解，大部分症状消失，Hp根除率93％。结论潘托拉唑、克拉霉素和阿莫西林联合治疗幽门螺杆茵（Hp）清除率高，疗程短，不良反应少。

Observation on the Curative Effect of Anti-Helicobacter Pylori Trigeminal Short-term Treatment of Pantoprazole

Objective To observe the curative effect of anti-Helicobacter pylofi trigeminal one-week treatment of Pantoprazole, Clarithromycin and amoxicillin. Methods The trigeminal treatment was applied to 420 cases of peptic gastric ulcer and erosive gastritis with positive Hp. Results The symptoms started to remit within one week, and then most of the symptoms disappeared; the rate of eradication of Hp reached 93 %. Conclusions The treatment has such advantages as high rate of eradication of Hp, short term of the course and less adverse reaction.
