电控正流量挖掘机功率控制技术研究

摘    要:针对某大型液压挖掘机,进行电控正流量挖掘机技术的研究。建立挖掘机液压系统的AMESim模型以及电控系统的Simulink控制策略模型,重点针对双变量泵的功率匹配控制提出改进全功率控制策略,建立能够模拟电控正流量液压挖掘机真实情况的复杂虚拟样机,并进行联合仿真分析,得到挖掘机系统执行元件的输出特性。结果表明:执行机构在外负载下的运动变化符合实际运动规律,同时通过与分功率控制和全功率控制对比,验证了所提出的改进全功率控制策略优越性,进一步验证了所建虚拟样机的合理性。

Abstract:Focusing on electronic positive flow control excavator technology of a large hydraulic excavator,the AMESim model of excavator hydraulic system and the Simulink model of control system were established,especially the improved full power control strategy for dual variable pump was proposed.The complex virtual prototype of electronic positive flow control excavator which could simulate the real situation was established.The output characteristics of the actuator of the excavator system were obtained through co-simulation analysis.The results show that the motion variation of the actuator under external load conforms to the actual motion law; at the same time,the strength and the rationality of the improved full power control strategy proposed is verified by comparing with the divided power control and the full power control.
