摘    要:为充分了解某硫化铜矿矿石性质,制定合理的选别工艺流程,利用化学多元素分析、化学物相分析、光学显微镜及MLA(矿物特征自动定量分析仪)等综合手段,对矿石化学成分、矿物组成、主要有用元素的赋存状态以及主要矿物的嵌布特征等进行分析研究。结果表明,该矿石主要目的元素为Cu,品位为1.08%,伴生稀贵金属元素金、银品位分别为0.33 g/t和12.07 g/t。黄铜矿为主要含铜矿物,其嵌布粒度不均匀,以中细粒嵌布为主,且与脉石矿物及其他金属矿物共生关系复杂,需在选矿中细磨以实现单体解离。伴生金元素主要以自然金的形式存在,且嵌布粒度较细,共生关系复杂,采用常规选矿方法回收难度大;伴生银元素分布较分散,在独立矿物硫银铋矿中的分配率较低,独立回收难度较大。根据以上结果,建议采用“铜硫混浮-铜硫分离”的选矿工艺流程,并对铜硫混合粗精矿再磨后进行铜硫分离,银可在铜、硫精矿中计价回收,金则需采取化学选矿的方法进行回收。

Study on Process Mineralogy of a Copper Sulfide Mine in Yunnan

Abstract:In order to fully understand the properties of a copper sulfide ore in Yunnan, develop a reasonable separation process, using chemical multi-element analysis, chemical phase analysis, optical microscope and MLA (mineral characteristics automatic quantitative analyzer) and other comprehensive methods, The chemical composition, mineral composition, the occurrence state of the main useful elements and the embedded characteristics of the main minerals are analyzed and studied. The results show that the main target element of the ore is Cu with a grade of 1.08%, and the grades of associated rare and precious metals gold and silver are 0.33 g/t and 12.07 g/t. Chalcopyrite is the main copper-bearing mineral. Its distributing particle size is not uniform. It is mainly medium-fine distributing. It has a complicated symbiosis relationship with gangue minerals and other metal minerals. It needs to be finely ground in the beneficiation to realize chalcopyrite. The monomer dissociates. Associated gold elements mainly exist in the form of natural gold, and the intergrowth particle size is relatively fine, the symbiosis relationship is complicated, and it is difficult to recover with conventional beneficiation methods; the associated silver elements are distributed more dispersedly, and the distribution rate in the independent mineral sulphur-silver-bismuth ore is low , Independent recovery is more difficult. Based on the above results, it is recommended to adopt the beneficiation process of "copper-sulfur mixed float-copper-sulfur separation", and perform copper-sulfur separation after regrinding the copper-sulfur mixed coarse concentrate. Silver can be priced and recovered in copper and sulfur concentrates. Gold needs to be recovered by chemical beneficiation methods.
