摘    要:为了有效抑制机床主轴发热,降低主轴热对机床精度的影响,提出一种用于主轴热控制的水冷机设计方法。根据机床主轴内部热源分布特点,制定机床水冷机的总体设计方案,并开发各功能子模块,在对水冷过程进行功能分析的基础上,提出机床水冷机的控制原理与方法。实验研究表明:机床水冷机可使主轴温度降低30%,热平衡时间缩短45%。

Abstract:In order to effectively suppress the spindle heating of machine tool and reduce the influence of spindle heating on machine tool accuracy,a design method of water cooler for spindle thermal control was proposed.According to the distribution characteristics of internal heat source of machine tool spindle,the overall design scheme of machine tool water cooler was formulated,and each functional sub module was developed.Based on the functional analysis of water cooling process,the control principle and method of machine tool water cooler were put forward.The experimental results show that:the machine tool water cooler can reduce the spindle temperature by 30% and the heat balance time by 45%.
