全自动尿沉渣分析仪红细胞检测中草酸钙结晶的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨草酸钙结晶对UF-100全自动尿沉渣分析仪检测红细胞计数结果的影响。方法:检测尿液分别做干化学分析、UF-100分析和显微镜镜检,并进行结果对比。结果:UF-100对红细胞的分辨力较高,单纯血尿不误认为草酸钙结晶,但草酸钙结晶易误认为红细胞。结论:UF-100、干化学分析、显微镜镜检三者联合应用,可互补不足,使结果更准确,为临床提供更可靠的诊断依据。

Abstract:Objective: To evaluate the influence of crystallization of calcium oxalate in the tset of hematuria on UF-100 automated urinalysis analyzer. Methods: samples of urine were tested with UF-100 automated urinalysis analyzer, urine dry chemistry and microscopy. The results obtained were compared. Results: UF-100 has higher resolution on erythrocyte, not simply mistaken hematuria for crystallization of calcium oxalate, but calcium oxalate crystal easily mistaken for erythrocyte. Conclusion: Combined use of UF-100, urine dry chemistry and microscopy can replenish mutually, and offers the most credible diagnostic gist for clinic.
