摘    要:工序质量预测在质量控制中起着重要的作用,灰色理论GM(1,1)新陈代谢模型及BP人工神经网络技术在预测领域较为广泛地得到应用,尽管具有常规预测方面无法比拟的优势,但均有各自的局限性,因此提出了基于灰色理论与BP神经网络相结合的工序质量预测方法.在充分利用两者在预测领域的优势基础上建立了综合质量预测模型,实例计算表明该预测方法是可行的.
