| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）及受体和微血管计数（MVQ）在生物学行为不同肾癌组织中表达的临床应用价值。方法 设置4项指标用免疫组化SP法分别检测两组肾癌（长期存活组和伴有肺、淋巴结转移组）VEGF、血管内皮生长因子受体（Flt-1)和FⅧ－RAg、CD34表达。结果 生物学行为不同的两组肾癌间MVQ数值差别的显著性意义（P＜0 ．01）。结论 检测MVQ能客观准确地反映肾癌生物学行为，可作为一项判断肾癌预后的独立指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical value of VEGF, VEGFR and MVQ inrenal cell carcinomas of different biological behaviour. Methods The expression of VEGF, Flt-1, FⅧ-RAg and CD34 were studied by means of immunohistochemistry in renal cell carcinoma of different biological behaviour(the long-survival group and the metastasis group). Results The metastasis group had a higher level expression of MVQ than that of the long-survival group(P＜0.01). Conclusions The expression of MVQ was correlated with the biological behaviour of renal cell carcinoma and might be an useful prognostic marker of renal cell carcinoma. |
