| 摘 要： | 本文通过四物汤类方用于妇科血瘀证原发性痛经的物质基础与配伍规律较为系统的研究,围绕中医功效的效应信息群客观表征,功效物质组发现、优化与验证,基于方剂功效物质组的方-证-病关联分析,采用方剂功效物质组的研究方法技术体系,探索性的阐述了四物汤类方功效物质组及其用于妇科血瘀证原发性痛经的方-证-病关联关系,为经典方剂及其衍化类方的现代研究提供借鉴与参考。

| Abstract: | Si-Wu Decoction analogous formulae have been used for treating primary dysmenorrhea with gynecologicalblood stasis. Based on the research practice of Si -Wu Decoction analogous formulae, the research methods and thoughts for Formulae Efficacy Chemome were proposed. The process included the objective characterization of TCM efficacy information group, the identification, optimization and validation of Formulae Efficacy Chemome.The Formula-Syndrome-Disease association rules analysis of Formulae Efficacy Chemome was also utilized. With the proposed Formulae Efficacy Chemome analytical method and technical system, the Formula-Syndrome-Disease association rules of Si-Wu Decoction analogous formulae in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea with gynecological blood stasis were systematically elucidated. The above analysis may provide references for modern research of Chinese medicine. |
