分光光度计法测定腌肉中亚硝酸盐含量的测量不确定度分析

摘    要:通过腌肉中亚硝酸盐含量的重复性测试结果,计算试验标准差,分析并计算了测试过程中系统效应产生的不确定度分量的值,达到了对腌肉中亚硝酸盐含量的测量不确定度的合理评定,并对合成标准不确定度进行了适度扩展,得出了腌肉中亚硝酸盐含量的安全扩展不确定度。

Abstract:By the results of repeated tests on cured meat,the standard deviation of the experiment were calculated in this paper,and the value of the standard uncertainty that the systematic effect produces in the course of testing were analyzed and calculated,and the rational evaluation of standard measurement of uncertainty on cured meat were reached,and standard uncertainty were expand to appropriately.
