炸药爆炸膨化裂解植物纤维试验研究

摘    要:利用炸药爆炸作用的独特性,结合天然植物纤维的生物组织结构特点,试验成功了一种全新的植物纤维原料膨化裂解技术。在概要介绍试验研究方法基础上,对系列试验研究结果进行了分析。扫描电镜定性观测结果表明,玉米芯等天然植物纤维试样处理后,原先呈致密有序排列的纤维束长度变短、排列呈无序化、纤维组织形态和结构发生明显变化,整体呈膨化疏松状态;酸水解定量测定的糖转化率获大幅度提高,玉米芯试样的纤维素水解率达80%以上,水解率和水解速率成倍提高。

Abstract:Considering the special effect of explosive detonation and the organism features of natural fibrous raw materials, a new technical method of dilatation and split of fibrous samples is developed.By scanning electron microscopic (SEM) qualitative observation, for the treated samples (corn cob and others),the length of fibre bundle shows shortened, its arrangement disordered, the morphology and structure of fibre changed significantly into a dilatation and loosen state. The acid hydrolysis quantitative measure shows that the rates of glucoside transforms increaselargely for the treated samples, the rate and speed of hydrolysis are two times that of the original samples.
