农民工健康状况影响因素分析

农民工的健康状况对其个人生活、就业状况和整个中国的经济增长都有重要意义。本文利用2008年6—7月对江苏和浙江农民工的调查数据，采用自评健康水平来测度农民工的健康状况，并对影响农民工健康状况的因素进行了深入分析。结果显示：男性的自评健康水平好于女性，初中、高中组的健康状况好于大专及以上组，家庭负担系数越大、日工作时间越长的农民工健康状况越差，一线工人的健康状况比技术人员要差，不同城市的农民工健康状况存在差异。

Analysis of the Factors Affecting Rural Migrant Labors' Health Status in China

Health status of the rural migrant labors not has great significance in the labor＇s employment, personal life and even economic growth of China. This paper, based on the data from a survey of the migrant labors from the rural areas in Zhejiang and Jiangsu Province in June to July 2008, adopts self-assessment method to measure the labor＇s health status and empirically explores the factors that affect the labors＇ health status. The results show that：men＇s self-reported health status is better than women＇s; the self-reported health status （SRHS） of mid-educated labors is better than that of higheducated group; the larger their family dependency ratios is and the more the daily working hours they have, the poorer SRHS is reported; the SRHS of the physical workers is worse than that of the labors as technicians and there are also significant differences in rural labors＇ SRHS among the labors in different cities.
