摘    要:用累托石与铁交联剂进行交联反应,在原土悬浮液为5%,铁交联剂投加质量分数为6%,pH值为3.00,温度为40℃,交联2h的条件下所得铁交联累托石,由X射线衍射(XRD)显示,其d001由2.3nm提高到3.6~4.0nm。对含硝基酚钠工业废水进行吸附处理试验,结果表明,铁交联累托石对硝基酚钠的静态吸附容量为12.89mg/g,吸附热力学参数分别为:ΔH=6.68kJ/mol,ΔG=-3.91kJ/mol,ΔS=35.9J/(mol·K),等温吸附遵循Freundlich曲线,吸附速率常数K295=4.72×10-4s-1。

Abstract:rosslinking reaction of rectorite with iron crosslinking agent was carried out.Iron cross  ̄ linked rectorite was obtained when the concentration of the rectorite suspension was5%,the mass fraction of the fed iron polymer cross  ̄linking agent was6%,the pH value was3.00,the temperature was40 ℃ and the time of cross  ̄inking reaction was2hours.The X  ̄ raydiffraction(XRD)of the iron polymer cross  ̄ linked rectorite showed that its d 001 increased from2.3nm to3.6~4.0nm The result of adsorption treatment test of nitrophenola  ̄containing wastewater showed that the static adsorption capacity of the iron polymer cross  ̄linked rectorite for nitrophenola was12.89mg/g,the thermodynamic parameters of the adsorption were:ΔH=6.68kJ/mol,ΔG=-3.91kJ/mol,ΔS=35.9J/(mol · K)the isothermal adsorption behavior complies with the Freundlich curve and theapparent adsorption rate constant K 295 =4.72 × 10 -4 s -1 .
