温针灸治疗气虚血瘀型中风后遗症的临床观察

目的：探讨温针灸治疗气虚血瘀型中风后遗症的临床疗效。方法：将60例气虚血瘀型中风后遗症的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，两组取穴相同，治疗组予温针灸法，对照组予电针法，进行临床疗效对比分析。结果：治疗组的总有效率为90．00％，与对照组比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），但治疗组神经功能缺损评分、血液流变学的改善情况优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：温针灸治疗气虚血瘀型中风后遗症疗效确切。

Clinical observation on treating Qixu Xueyu sequelae of stroke by Wen acupuncture

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of treating Qixu Xueyu sequelae of stroke by Wen acupuncture. Methods： 60 cases of Qixu Xueyu sequelae of stroke were randomly divied into treatment group and control group, to treat treatment group by Wen acupuncture, to treat control group by electric acupuncture, to compare and analyze the clinical effect. Result： The total effective rate of treatment group is 90.00%, the difference of two groups don＇t have statistics significance （P〉0.05）, but the effect of neurological deficit score and hemorheology is better than control group, the difference have statistics significance （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： treating Qixu Xueyu sequelae of stroke by Wen acupuncture get a good result.
