| 摘 要： | 对肛周疾病术后采用关蓝局部封闭117例（治疗组）和不作局部封闭的肛周疾病术后86例（对照组）进行比较，统计结果表明，美蓝局部封闭对肛组疾病术后有明显的镇痛效果（P〉0．05）。

| Abstract: | One hundred seventeen patients With postoperatived or perianal disenases were methylene blue inection for blocking anus （treatment group）,comared with eighty-six patients with postoperatived of perianal diseases without blocking anus（controlled group）. The statstic results showed very clearly there was analgesia effects of methylene blue injection for blocking anus in postoperation of perianal diseases（P〉0.05） |
