不典型肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的CT诊断

目的 探讨不典型的肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的CT影像特征。方法 回顾性分析临床资料完整的6例不典型的。肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的CT表现。结果 6例单发的不典型的。肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤，表现为不规则性明显分叶的软组织肿块，中、高度强化，可见洋葱皮样，螺旋样强化及网格状、索条状强化的血管影。影像表现与临床症状分离。结论 CT对不典型的肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的鉴别诊断具有重要意义，与，临床表现结合必不可少。
