油田计量站地下旧管道补加阴极保护的实践

摘    要:为解决老油田地下管道外腐蚀问题,延长旧管道的使用寿命,在四座计量站50口油井的输油管线上安装外加电流阴极保护设备,保护电位均在-0.77~-1.5V(vs.Cu/CuSO4)范围之内。地下集输管网平均腐蚀速率由0.0318mm/a下降到0.0153mm/a,集输管线腐蚀穿孔由44次/a减少到12次/a,保护效果非常显著。

Abstract:In order to solve the external corrosion problem of the underground piping in old oil-fields and prolong the service life of the old piping, the cathodic protection technique was applied to 4 measuration workstations including 50 oil wells. The protection potential was in the range of -0.77~-1.5V(vs.Cu/CuSO_4). The average corrosion rate of the underground centralized transportation pipe network was decreased to 0.0153mm/a from 0.0318mm/a. The penetration number of centralized transportation pipe network reduced from 44 times/a to 12 times/a.
