| 摘 要： | 鼓形齿轮周向限制副是锥差式液压马达的重要部件，鼓形齿轮的加工质量直接关系到周向限制副的各项性能指标。本文介绍了鼓形齿轮联轴器的特点和应用，推导了鼓形齿轮联轴器齿轮齿面的方程，提出用成型铣刀加工鼓形齿轮联轴器齿轮齿面，根据截面形状求出对应刀具的形状。
