| 摘 要： | 目的探讨连云港地区乙型肝炎病毒血清标志物模式及复检的必要性。方法对6 316例住院及门诊患者的乙型肝炎血清标志物模式及复检结果进行分析。结果乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原阳性率21.44%,单独表面抗体阳性率39.99%,五项全阴性比率31.00%;HBsAg、抗-HBs、HBeAg、抗-HBe、抗-HBc复检符合率分别为97.3%、95.5%、72.8%、55.2%、30.9%。结论乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原检出率及血清模式存在地区差异;本地区人群乙肝五项指标全阴性者比例较高,应加强预防接种;对乙型肝炎血清标志物进行复检,提高检验质量,避免医患纠纷具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To survey the mode of HBV infection in Lianyungang area and necessity of counterchecking HBV markers. Methods The mode of 6316 cases of HBV markers and the result of countereheck were analyzed. Results 17 kinds of mode were detected. Positive rate： HBsAg 21.44%, single anti-HBs 39.99%. Five items negative rate ：31.00%. Rate of countercheck：HBsAg 97. 3%, anti-HBS 95. 5%, HBeAg 72. 8%, anti-HBe 55. 2% and anti-HBc 30. 9% respectively. Conclusion Positive rate of HBsAg is different between areas;It is necessary to carry out HBV immunity among native people ;It is valuable to countercheck HBV markers in clinical practice. |
