摘 要: | 通过对热控系统故障导致机组跳闸的原因分析,提出采用容错设计提高热控系统可靠性的观点。讨论了冗余配置、逻辑优化、信号鉴别、坏值剔除、容错控制、软测量技术与故障诊断等几种容错设计方法。

Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the unit trip caused by a control equipment malfunction, fault-tolerant design was put forward to improve the control system reliability. Several methods of fault-tolerant design was discussed in this paper, such as redundancy scheme, logic optimization, signal identification, bad-signal suppression, fault-tolerant control, soft-sensing technology and fault diagnosis, atc. |
