内啮合摆线转子压缩机缸体支撑力位置理论研究

摘    要:为了限制内啮合摆线转子压缩机中外转子绕内转子公转的趋势,在外转子上施加一个支撑力,对支撑力的位置进行了详细分析.研究结果表明,内啮合摆线转子压缩机中支撑力的方向和位置完全是由几何关系决定的,而与气体力、接触力等无关,因此在对该压缩机进行受力分析时,必须首先确定支撑力位置,然后再计算支撑力和接触力.该研究可为内啮合摆线转子压缩机的动力学设计提供参数.

Abstract:The outer rotor has the trend of revolution along the inner rotor and this trend must be overcome by the cylinder via the action of a support force in an internal-meshing rotary cycloid compressor.The position of the support force was analyzed with certain simplification by applying tolerance or clearance of all meshing surfaces.The result shows that the direction and position of the support are only determined by the geometric relationship instead of the gas force and contact force.It is suggested that the position of the support force should be firstly obtained before the calculation of the support force and contact force.
