| 摘 要： | 目的观察外科手术治疗胃溃疡反复发作的临床疗效。方法将130例胃溃疡反复发作的患者按治疗方法分为手术组(外科手术治疗)68例和非手术组(非手术治疗)62例。比较2组临床疗效、复发率及并发症情况。结果手术组总有效率和12个月复发率均优于非手术组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。手术组并发症总发生率为27.9%低于非手术组的83.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于胃溃疡反复发作的患者行早期外科手术治疗可提高疗效,降低复发率和并发症的发生率,值得推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical effect of surgical treatment on recurrent attacks gastric ulcer.Methods According to treatment method,130 cases patients with recurrent attacks gastric ulcer were divided into surgery group（surgical treatment,68 cases） and non-surgical group（non-surgical treatment,62 cases）.Compared clinical efficacy,relapse rate and complications of two groups.Results The total effective and 12 months recurrence rate of surgical group were better than those of non-surgical group（P〈0.05）.The overall incidence of complications of surgery group（27.9%） was lower than that of non-surgical group（83.9%）（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Surgical treatment on recurrent attacks gastric ulcer can decrease the recurrence rate and incidence rate of complication,increase the curative effect. |
