2006～2010年苏州市5岁以下儿童溺水死亡报告分析

目的:分析苏州市5岁以下儿童溺水死亡的流行病学特征,为卫生行政部门制定干预措施提供指导性依据。方法:采用SAS9.1对2006～2010年的苏州市儿童溺水死亡监测资料进行分析;结果:溺水是导致我市5岁以下儿童死亡的重要因素,第三季度为其高发时期。溺水主要发生在1～3岁年龄段,男童多于女童,外地儿童为主。超过一半的儿童死前无法及时得到医疗救治。讨论:积极开展健康教育,并为溺水儿童救治开通绿色通道,降低非医疗技术原因导致的儿童死亡。

Analvsis of the drowning death among children under 5 years old in Suzhou during 2006-2010

Objective： Find the epidemiological characteristics of the drowning death among children under 5 years old in Suzhou,which can provide advertisement for the government to implement the interventions.Methods： Analyze the monitoring data of the drowning death among children under 5 years old in Suzhou during 2006-2010 by SAS9.1;Results： Drowning is the main reason for the death of children under five years old in Suzhou,which happen during Jul-Sep the most frequently.The boys and 1-3 years old children are the high-risk groups.More than a half of the children died without medical treatment.Discuss： Implementing the health education and Opening a green channel for treating the drowning children,can reduce the death of the drowning children.
