黄芪建中汤合良附丸治疗消化性溃疡临床观察

目的:观察经方黄芪建中汤合良附丸治疗消化性溃疡的疗效情况。方法:将136例消化性溃疡患者随机分为两组:治疗组以黄芪建中汤合良附丸为主方,必要时加用西药;对照组给抗幽门螺旋杆菌、抗酸、胃黏膜保护剂治疗。两组均在4W后观察症状、体征及胃镜情况。结果:治疗组总有效率94.12%,对照组总有效率79.41%。结论:黄芪建中汤合良附丸治疗消化性溃疡疗效优于对照组,值得临床推广。

Analysis on the clinical observation peptic ulcer treatment Astragalus Chienchung decoction and good pills

objective： to observe the party astragalus Chienchung decoction and good treatment of peptic ulcer pills with the curative effect of the situation.Methods： 136 cases of chronic peptic patients were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group in astragalus Chienchung decoction and good mainly attached party shot and,when necessary,add with western medicine;the control group to fight helicobacter pylori fights acid,gastric mucous ulcer treatment.Two groups are all 4 W observed after symptoms,signs and gastroscope situation.Results： the total effective rate of the treatment group is 94.12% and the total effective rate of 79.41%.Conclusion： astragalus Chienchung decoction and good treatment of peptic ulcer pills with curative effect is better than the control group,and clinical promotion.
