摘    要:介绍了采用集成传感器的工程机械液压系统检测仪的设计思想及硬、软件设计技术。阐述了温度、压力和流量三种参数测量电路的特点,提出并实现了三位一体的传感器设计,软件设计中采用了分频算法和非线性校正等技术。使用结果表明,该检测仪可以准确地测量液压系统参数,诊断液压系统的故障。

Abstract:This paper instroduces the state monitoring system of hydraulic system based on integration technology, and the designing technology of hardware and software. The 3 in 1 transducer is presented and designed successfully, the measuring theory and feature of pressure, temperature and flow rate analyzed. It is proved that the monitoring system could measures and diagnoses the running state failure of hydraulic system.
