原子荧光光度法测定水中锑方法探讨

摘    要:通过原子荧光光度法来测定水中的总锑,采用5%的盐酸和5%硫脲-5%抗坏血酸预处理样品,然后以2%的硼氢化钾和0.5%的氢氧化钾作为还原剂,以及5%盐酸作为载流液,测定水中的锑,其检出限为0.2μg/L,测定方法的相关线性大于0.999,精密度高,水样的加标回收率为99.5%~101.5%,实验方法干扰少,操作简便,灵敏度高,适合水中锑的测定。

Abstract:atomic fluorescence spectrometry was applied to the determination of antimony in water.The water sample was pretreated by 5% hydrochloric acid and 5% Thiourea-5% Ascorbic acid.The determination of antimony in water is based on 2% potassium borohydride and 0.5% potassium hydroxide taken as reducer in medium of 5% hydrochloric acid.The detection limits is 0.2 μg/L.This method has a better correlation coefficients(r>0.999) and higher precisions.The recovery rates ranges from 99.5% to 101.5%.This method is simple,high sensitive and has less interference.It is suitable to determine antimony in water.
