摘    要:就糖厂中间制品的蔗糖分用近红外旋光法和普通旋光法进行了测定,并且引入离子色谱法测定作为评判,对比分析,初步得到近红外旋光法较之普通旋光法的测定准确度要高的结论。

Abstract:This article examined the middle-product of sugar mill with Near Infrared polarimetry measurement and the common polarimetry measurement, and by introduced Ion exchange chromatography measurement as judgment standard. Compared with the results of infrared polarimetry measurement , common polarimetry measurement and Ion exchange chromatography measurement, we can preliminary found that the accuracy of Near Infrared polarimetry measurement is better than common polarimetry measurement.
