摘    要:经钠化改性后的膨润土可有效替代天然钠基膨润土。在相同条件下,应用改性后的膨润上所获得的各项指标明显优于天然膨润土,其最佳配比分别为1.5%和2.0%。

Abstract:In order to decreasing bentonite proportioning rate and to improve pellet quality ,the study on using sodium ion- exchanging bentonite to instead natural bentonite was conducted. As a result, the sodium ion- exchaning bentonite could instead natural bentonite effectively, and under the same conditions, the pelletizing indexes obtained with using sodium ion-exchanging bentonite are superier than those with using natural bentonite.The optimium proportioning rate are 1.5%and 2.0% respectively.
