| 摘 要： | 本文借鉴冶金工业的熔融还原技术，构想了熔融还原炼磷工艺．并对其可行性作了初步探讨。热平衡计算表明．该工艺与竖炉炼磷相比，不仅可以实现以煤代焦而且可以大幅度降低能耗实验模拟表明，从磷酸盐还原动力学来看．蒋融还原炼磷是可行的

| Abstract: | In this paper, the new process of smelting reduction of phosphorus ore issuggested based on the experience in smelting reduction for iron-making, lead-making, coppermaking and so on. The results show that the new process not only saves energy, but also can useordinary coal instead of coke in contrast to the process of phosphorus-making by shaft furnace.The simulation of the new process on a small scale shows that the new process is feasible inview of kinetics of phosphate reduction by either coal char, Fe-P-C melt, or CO gas. |
