| 摘 要： | 论述了应用POLYMERS PLUS软件及ASPEN DYNAMICS软件开发HDPE装置反应系统模型的方法，对流程模拟在提高产量改造中的应用进行了讨论。通过模拟计算确定了改造方案，结果可使产量增加20％，年增利润940．6万元。

| Abstract: | The method on using software POLYMERS PLUS and ASPEN DYNAMICS for developing the model of reaction system of HDPE plant is expounded,and the application of flow simulation in the revamp for increasing capacity is discussed.The revamping scheme has been determined through analogue calculation,and in result,the capacity can be increased by20%and the annual profit can be increased by9406000Yuan RMB. |
