富锰渣浸取硫酸锰新技术

摘    要:在分析富锰渣浸取机理和试验条件的基础上,采用富锰渣常压浸取硫酸锰,分为配料供料、浸出、压滤洗涤、中和处理4个工序,总锰浸出率平均为87%以上,有效锰浸出率平均为91%,生产成本低于碳酸锰矿法和二氧化锰矿法,浸出率高,工艺技术流程短,此法可应用于硫酸锰的工业生产,具有很强的适用性和可操作性.

Abstract:In analysis of rich in sulfuric acid, dividing into Mn slag dip taken from mechanism and test conditions, we used rich Mn slag atmospheric ents for materials, and dipping out. With pressure filter washing in the processing 4 and total Mn dipping out rate at the average of 87% above, it is effective in rate average of 91%. Production cost is lower than manganese carbonate ore and manganese dioxide law, with leaching rate of high technology process short. This law can be applied to industrial production of manganese sulfate in strong applicability and operability.
