眼动脉瘤血管内治疗（附15例报告）

目的：眼动脉瘤瘤瘤体多巨大，手术夹闭多有困难，需要寻找其它的治疗方法，方法：S一组采用经血管内栓塞治疗眼动脉瘤15例，其中巨大动脉瘤7例，均采用钨丝弹簧圈行血管内栓塞。结果：完全栓塞6例，大部分栓塞（＞80％）5例、部分栓塞（＜50％）4例，所有病人都保持了颈内动脉血流通畅。偏瘫2例，残亡1例。随访3－10个月，造影复查中再次补充行弹簧完全栓塞的有5例，结论：与手术夹闭动脉瘤的治疗方法比较，血管内栓塞眼动脉瘤是一种安全、简便的治疗方法。

Endovascular Treatment of Carotid-Ophthalmic Aneurysrns

To study the endovascular treatment of carotid-ophthalmic aneurysms. Methods:There were 7 cases of large aneurysm in 15 patients with carotid-ophthalmic aneurysms. All of the aneurysms were treated with placement of tungsten filament microcoils. Results:There were 6 cases total,5 cases >80% and 4 cases <50% occlusions. The internal carotid arteries in all patients were unobstructed. Two patients had hemiplegia and 1 died after the procedure. Among 3-10 month follow-up,5 of them required repeated thrombosis with placement of additional microcoils. Conclusion:Compared with aneurysm clips, thrombotic therapy of carotid-ophthalmic aneurysms is a safe and simple procedure.
