64层螺旋CT心脏冠状动脉检查前瞻性心电门控扫描技术降低辐射剂量的研究

摘    要:目的探讨前瞻性心电门控扫描在64层螺旋CT心脏冠状动脉成像(CTCA)中降低X线辐射剂量的作用。资料与方法 83例患者按照就诊先后顺序随机分成两组,A组(36例)采用回顾性心电门控螺旋扫描技术;B组(47例)采用前门控(SSP)扫描。比较各组患者的心率、体重指数、图像噪声、冠状动脉评分、CT剂量指数(CTDIvol)、剂量长度乘积(DLP)和有效剂量(ED)。结果 A组平均辐射剂量为21.6mSv;B组为4.3mSv,B组较A组降低约80.1(P<0.01),两组病例心率、体重指数、图像噪声和质量评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。所获图像均能满足临床诊断需要。结论在保证图像质量的前提下,前瞻性心电门控扫描技术可明显降低CTCA检查的辐射剂量。
