E级船板钢钙处理工艺研究

摘    要:通过Als-O]平衡和Ca-Als平衡的热力学计算,研究了湘钢Nb-Ti微合金化E级船板钢(0.10%C)两种钙处理工艺:两步法(LF+喂Ca-Si线-VD+喂Ca-Si线)和一步法(LF-VD+喂Ca-Si线)对钢中夹杂物形态和力学性能的影响。结果表明,当钢中S≤0.003%,TO]≤15×10-6,Als控制在0.02%~0.04%时,进行一步法钙处理后钢中≤4μm的球形夹杂物达93%,-40℃的横向冲击功为156~240J。

Abstract:The effect of two processes of calcium treatment: two step process (LF + Ca-Si wire feeding - VD + Ca- Si wire feeding) and one step process (LF - VD + Ca-Si wire feeding) at Xiangsteel on morphology of inclusions and mechanical properties of Nb-Ti microalloying grade E hull steel (0. 10%C) has been studied by thermodynamic calculation on equilibrium of Als - O] and equilibrium of Caresidual- Als. Results showed that as S in steel ≤0. 003% , TO] ≤15 x 10-6, and controlled Als in steel 0. 02% ?0. 04% , after one step process of calcium treatment the W4 pun spherical inclusions in steel were up to 93% , and cross impact energy at -40 t was 156 -240 J.
