| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种基于DSP的超声波电机驱动控制系统.对系统的硬件和软件设计作了说明,利用PI控制策略对超声波电机进行了闭环控制,测试结果表明了方法的可行性。

| Abstract: | This paper concentrated on a DSP-based control system for ultrasonic motors.Firstly,the design of hardware and software was explained.Secondly,the closed- loop control to the ultrasonic motor was carried on by a PI control strategy.Finally,the feasibility of this control sys- tem is demonstrated by experiments. |
