| 摘 要： | 利用Ｃｒｅａｔｉｖｅ公司的ＳｏｕｎｄＢｌａｓｔｅｒ所提供的软件，在ＶｉｓｕｕｌＢａｓｉｃ３．０ｆｏｒＷｉｎｄｏｗｓ环境下开发了一个能够读出汉字文件的阅读器，并尽可能接近人的自然语音。
