聚合物溶液在波纹管中的流动规律

摘    要:采用上随体Maxwell本构方程描述聚合物溶液的流变性,用数值方法研究了黏弹性聚合物溶液在油藏孔隙模型——波纹管模型中的流动.分析了具有不同黏弹性质的聚合物溶液在油藏多孔介质中的流动规律.研究结果表明聚合物溶液在波纹管中心线处的流速最大且黏弹性对此处速度的的影响较大;黏弹性聚合物的第一法向应力随威森伯格数(We)的增大而增大,且越靠近壁面处,第一法向应力越大,受We的影响越大;与第一法向应力相比,剪切应力随We的增大变化非常小.

Abstract:The rheological property of polymer solution is described by upper-convected Maxwell constitutive equation, and the flow law of viscoelastic polymer solution in porous reservoir model——bellows model is studied by numerical calculation. The flow laws of the polymer solutions of different viscoelastic properties in porous reservoir media are obtained. It is shown that, the flow velocity of viscoelastic polymer solution is the largest in the central axis of the bellows and the effect of the visco-elasticity of polymer solution on the flow velocity is also greater; the first normal stress of viscoelastic polymer solution increases with the increase of Weissenberg number, the closer the wall of the bellows from, the greater the first normal stress and the greater the effect of Weissenberg number on the first normal stress; compared with the first normal stress, shear stress varies a little with the increase of Weissenberg number.
