刘建秋教授辨证治疗肺纤维化

刘建秋教授认为，肺间质纤维化是多种肺疾病的最终病理结局，为中医肺痿之证。肺纤维化由外邪诱发，痰瘀壅阻肺络，日久因实致虚，致肺叶痿缩，肺痿气虚，痰瘀互结。主张在临床辨证中，应“知犯何逆，随证治之”，予与解表通络、益气养阴、补益肺脾肾、化痰通络、活血化瘀等治法，加减用药。
