油脂碘价的快速测定方法

对油脂的碘价测定提出了不改变Ｈａｎｕｓ法操作步骤，只需在测定过程中加入催化剂醋酸汞，使原方法需３０ｍｉｎ完成的测定反应，可在３ｍｉｎ完成。快速法与Ｈａｎｕｓ法测定的碘价相对偏差小于０．８％，快速法的变异系数为０．３１％。

A Fast Determination Method of Iodine Value of Oil and Fat

A fast method for determining the iodine value of oil and fat is reported in this paper.The method only requires to add the catalyst mercuric acetate in the process of determination without changing the operational steps of the Hanus method.Compared with the Hanus method in which it will take at least 30 minutes to finish it,the fast determination method can make the determination reaction finished in 3 minutes.The experiment indicates that the relative deviation is lower than 0.8% between the results of the two determination methods.The fast method gives a variation coefficient of 0.31%.
