空中目标的威胁值是指在不受防空体系对抗的条件下 ,对它所攻击的地 (水 )面目标可能造成的毁伤程度 .在进行防空效能计算时 ,需求出空中目标的真正威胁值 ;在防空体系目标分配和火力分配中 ,只需确定空中目标威胁值的相对大小 ,即对空中目标进行威胁排序 .对于单个要地空中目标的威胁排序 ,主要依据其对攻击要地的航路捷径和机型 ;对于分布式区域目标 ,空中目标的威胁排序主要决定于要地的价值
