| 摘 要： | 着重对上海电网内的小系统（含小电源和地区负荷）安全稳定问题，从负荷特性、出力情况、一次方式安排、安全自动装置的配置、整定要求及运行管理等方面进行了分析介绍，并辅以２１次小系统解列事故实例（其中２０次稳定运行），对上海电网小系统的安全稳定运行进行了剖析。不仅对现运行小系统的安全稳定工作是个总结，对今后上海电网分层分片运行之后的区域性电网安全稳定运行也具有指导和借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | The security and stability of regional system in Shanghai Power Network are analysed according to load characterstics, generation capacity, operation mode, automation level and operation management etc. with 21 examples of regional system disconnection faults, of which 20 times kept stable. The security management of the regoinal system is summarized and has a giuding value to future Shanghai Grid with sectionalized levels and areas. |
