高职院校教育科研管理的现状与对策

大多数高职院校的高等职业教育研究所(以下简称高教所)负责学校教育科学研究课题的管理。随着课题数量的不断增多、课题规格的不断提高,高教所现有的资源显得捉襟见肘。为了提高学校教育科研管理的效益,充分发挥教育科研在促进学院发展和教师专业化发展方面的巨大作用,必须在课题管理的制度建设、人力资源开发等方面采取措施。

The Status Quo of Scientific Research on Education in Higher Vocational Institutes and the Solutions

Institutes of higher vocational education are responsible for education science researches. Along with continuous increasing of amount of education scientific researches , the existing resources seem to have too many problems to deal with. For the sake of the improvement of education research management, some countermeasures have to be taken by system construction of management and human resource development.
