| 摘 要： | 本文报道了60例青年病窦综合征的临床资料,以食道调搏测定SNRT、CSNRT、SACT。青年病窦综合征病人中70.0％SNRT异常,68.3％CSNRT异常,63.3％SACT异常。测定数值与青年对照组有极显著差异。本文并与老年病窦组及老年对照组作对照分析。作者认为,青年病窦综合征发病率并不低。青年与老年病窦综合征在病因学及临床表现二者有显著不同,而窦房结功能的检查结果无显著差异。

| Abstract: | The clinical materials of 60 cases of young pauent with sick sinus syndrome (SSS) were studied.This included inquisition of the history, physical examination, ECG, measurement of sinus node function (SNF) and 24 hour holler monitor records.Transesophageal atrial pacing was used for menourement of the sinus node recovery time (SNRT),the corrected sinus node recovery time (CSNRT) and sino-atrial conduction time (SACT) . Exercise, Atropiue and Isoproterenol tests were also used for measurement of SNF in 25 patients. All these results were compared with those of the normal young people and both the normal aged and old patients with SSS. The results showed that SNRT was abnormal (>1 500ms) in 42 (70.0%) young patients with SSS, CNRT was abnormal (>525ms) in 41 (68.3%) young patients, SACT was abnormal (>130ms) in 38 (63.3%) cases. It is concluded that the morbidity of SSS in the youth was not very low. |
