验证性因子分析在焦虑自评量表中的应用

目的 探讨和检验焦虑自评量表(SAS)在精神科患者中的因子结构.方法 联合采用探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析评价SAS的因子结构.结果 探索性因子分析得到4因子,特征根分别为5.49,1.96,1.52,1.12,共解释50.46%的变异.验证性因子分析支持SAS的4因子模型,x2(拟合优度检验)为262.61(P＞0.05),近似误差均方根为0.052.结论 心理科患者SAS呈现4因子结构,SAS在不同人群中的因子结构相对稳定;探索性因子分析与验证性分析的联合运用在心理学量表研究中有重要价值.

Confirmatory Factor Analysis of the Zung Self-rating Anxiety Scale

Objective To explore and examine factorial structure of the Self-rating Anxiety Scale in the patients with psychological diseases.Methods Exploratory Factor Analysis（EFA）and Confirmatory Factor Analysis were used in the study.Results Totally 4 factors structure of SAS was found,and the initial eigenvalues were 5.49,1.96,1.52,1.12,total variance explain was 50.46%.CFA gave good support to the four-factors model of SAS,χ2 was 262.61（P0.05）,RMSEA（Root Mean Square Error of Approximation） was 262.61（P0.05）.Conclusion The four-factors model of SAS is found in the sample of the patients of the psychological department.The factor structure of SAS is comparatively stable;EFA and CFA used together is very valuable in the study in psychological scale area.
