鹿瓜多肽联合高压氧综合治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效观察

目的探讨鹿瓜多肽联合高压氧（hyperbaric oxygenation,HBO）治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法我科2009年1月至2013年6月门诊和住院经CT或MRI检查确诊为腰椎间盘突出患者66例,随机分为对照组与治疗组,其中对照组31例,采用鹿瓜多肽注射液治疗,治疗组35例在对照组基础上加用HBO治疗,比较两组的疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为91.4%,对照组总有效率77.4%,两组疗效有显著差异（P〈0.05）。结论鹿瓜多肽联合HBO治疗腰椎间盘突出症可以明显改善腰腿酸痛,活动受限等临床症状和体征,恢复日常生活工作能力。

The Therapeutic Effects of Cervus and Cucumis Polypeptide Injection and Hyperbaric Oxygen on Prolapse of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of Cervus and Cucumis Polypeptide Injection and hyperbaric oxygen on prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.Methods The 66 cases of outpatient and impatiens diagnosed as lumbar disc herniation and compliant patients by CT or MRI examination in our department from January,2009 to June,2013 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The 31 cases in the control group were treated with Cervus and Cucumis Polypeptide Injection.The 35 cases in the treatment group were treated with Cervus and Cucumis Polypeptide Injection and hyperbaric oxygen.The total effects and symptoms were compared before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate in the medication plus HBO treatment group was 91.4%,and 77.4% in the simple medication group.Statistical significance could be noted in the total effective rate,when a comparison was made between the two groups following HBO treatment（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusions Cervus and Cucumis Polypeptide Injection and hyperbaric oxygen had excellent effects on the prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc by improving the clinical symptoms and signs of ache and movement restriction of lower back and leg,and recovering the ability of work and daily life.
